Gateway at Tucson is an environment, created especially for students!

We want your college student to be successful throughout their career at The University of Arizona or Pima Community College. They need a good foundation and support to gain this success. At Gateway, to help support their productivity we have a computer lab and individual study rooms. They may stay healthy with our fitness center and resort style pool with lap swimming area. They may relax in the game room or lounging around in the Arizona sun. Gateway at Tucson meets every need that your student will have while in college so they can achieve their goals in an enjoyable atmosphere.

Individual Leases

Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your student’s space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate departs Gateway at Tucson, you are not responsible. This is just another reason why Gateway is your student’s best housing option!

On-site Staff

Gateway at Tucson has a staff of community assistants that live on-site and are able to assist your student. The office at Gateway at Tucson is available for maintenance requests, package pick up, and any other needs. Our maintenance staff will respond to your student’s maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Gateway offers 24-hour emergency maintenance service.

Affordable Floor Plans

Gateway at Tucson has four spacious floor plan options (ranging from 1-4 bedrooms) to suit their needs. Each student has the luxury and convenience of having their own private bathroom. Your student’s rent includes all utilities including water, sewer, trash, Dish Network with HBO, high-speed Ethernet and WIFI, furniture, access to all amenities, and so much more!

Fully Furnished

Gateway at Tucson is a furnished community, saving you money! Each student will have a full size bed, dresser, desk and chair in the bedroom. The common area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, sofa chair, coffee table, end table, and dining area with chairs.

Roommate Matching

If your resident does not have a roommate in mind, let us match him/her with roommates! Just complete a Roommate Matching Survey, and we will locate the best match based on that information. Please note: Roommate matching is configured based on availability of potential roommates with signed leases in the same floor plan style.

Resident Events to Keep Students Involved

While the main focus of your student’s college career will be about graduating and getting a fulfilling job, they also need to have fun along the way. At Gateway at Tucson, your student will create life- long relationships and connections that will make them even more successful. Our Community Assistant staff plan resident events to get them involved. Gateway at Tucson has resident events that range from pizza parties to karaoke nights. Past events have included pool parties, breakfast on the go, tailgating before The University of Arizona football games, Pima CC basketball games, a Casino Night, and resident Volleyball & Basketball tournaments! Not only is there free food at most events, but it is also a great way to meet your neighbors and chat with the management staff!
